Hyundai recently released an all-new update for the popular Blue Link app. This new update links the Blue Link app with both the soon to be released Apple watches and the current Android Wear watches. The Android compatible app is available right now, while the Apple compatibility is expected to be available shortly following the release of the Apple watches.
The Blue Link smartwatch app can offer unprecedented control of your vehicle from your wrist. Use your Blue Link compatible watch to remotely start and stop your engine, lock and unlock your doors, flash your lights, honk your horn and call roadside assistance. All of these features are available through touch or voice commands.
Frank Ferrara, executive vice president of customer satisfaction for Hyundai Motor America had this to say about the update: “Blue Link subscribers and gadget lovers will appreciate a more convenient way to interact with their Hyundai vehicles.”
